What type of work do you do?
We carry out renovations and restoration, electrical work, plumbing, painting and plastering, roofing, flooring, interior work, maintenance and post-construction cleaning. Our scope does not include ground-up new construction, solar panel installation or foundation work.
How long does a full remodel take?
It depends on the scope, the materials and what we find once we open things up. We give you a realistic timeline after the site visit, not before.
What are your working hours?
We work Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and arrange each visit with you.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No, it is not necessary.
How does the quote work?
First a site visit costing €35–€49 depending on distance, deducted from your invoice if the project goes ahead. Then a clear, itemised quote with no obligation.
How can I pay?
Cash or bank transfer.
What languages do you speak?
English, Dutch and Spanish.
Which areas do you cover?
Amsterdam and up to around 100 km, including Amstelveen, Haarlem, Almere and Utrecht.
Do you subcontract the work?
No. It is carried out by our own team.
What warranty do you give?
One year on our workmanship, plus the manufacturer's warranty on the materials.
